Shipping Policy for Perfickly Imperfikt

At Perfickly Imperfikt, we want your handmade treasures to reach you safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, package, and deliver your orders.


🚚 1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

• During busy periods (holidays, sales, new product launches), processing may take slightly longer.

• Custom or made‑to‑order items may require additional time; details will be provided on the product page.


📦 2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within:


United Kingdom & Europe


Estimated delivery times:

   UK Standard      2 - 5 working days

   UK Express          1 - 2 working days

   International      varies by destination 


Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery location

• Weight and size of your order

• Selected shipping method

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our announcements.

We aim to package all items securely and sustainably. Where possible, we use:

• Minimal plastic

• Protective wrapping for delicate handmade items


🏠 5. Delivery Address & Missed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete.

Perfickly Imperfikt is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Items returned due to missed delivery attempts

If an order is returned to us, we can resend it once additional postage is paid.


🌍 6. International Shipping (if applicable)

International customers are responsible for:

• Customs fees

• Import duties

• Local taxes

These charges vary by country and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.


🔍 7. Tracking Your Order

If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Not all services include tracking — this will be shown at checkout.


🛠️ 8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed:

• Check the tracking information (if available)

• Contact the courier with your tracking number

We will assist where possible, but please note that courier delays are outside our control.
